Andaz Napa - a concept by Hyatt

Great room: nice king-sized bed; a double-sided gas fireplace (in both the living space and the bedroom); a soaking tub in the bedroom just outside the bathroom; bathroom was well-stocked, had nice fixtures, was quite large, and had a large shower with several different shower heads; the living space had a coffee maker (a Kurig I think, I don't drink coffee, so didn't take note) and a fridge for holding our leftovers from all the amazing restaurants in the area. The staff greeted us with a welcome bag and a glass of rose for each of us, which was a lovely touch. The musical entertainments by Jacob Philip Benning was incredible and he really had the crowd going with his great selection of tunes that he sang.

I did love the staff. Very acomadating and understanding of what I was trying to accomplished for my guests. 💝 I got the room for my brother and sister in law who had just gotten married. There were no meals included. It was way overpriced and had a terrible view. Actually it did not have a view even though it said it had a town view! ☹️😡

The location was incredible. Within walking distance to most attractions in downtown Napa. Very clean with a helpful and friendly staff.

Great location! A nice boutique hotel which really made us feel at home. The glass of wine on check in was a nice touch and the music on the weekend was fantastic! The Terrace with the heat lamps and fire pits nicely decorated for Christmas was a great touch!!

From the moment we drove up we were greeted with friendly staff; Keith is one of the kindest people I have ever met. Loved the terrace bar on the second floor. Room was luxurious and comfortable. Location is great.
